We want to ensure you receive your orders in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping and Taxes Policy describes our shipping and delivery process, as well as our tax collection practices.
1.Processing Time
In-Stock Products
Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. Hong Kong Time (UTC +8), Monday through Friday, are shipped within 3 working days! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Pre-Order Products
The shipping time for pre-order items is 2-6 weeks after ordering, depending on the time shown on the product page.
2.Shipping Options and Charges
* Hong Kong Orders: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the delivery option selected. Free shipping applies to local orders of HK$800 or above.
Overseas (International) Orders:
*International shipping fees are strictly the responsibility of the recipient/buyer and are NOT covered by free shipping.
*If "SF Express (Freight Collect / Pay by Receiver)" is selected at checkout, shipping charges will NOT be displayed at the checkout total and must be paid directly by the recipient to the courier upon delivery based on the courier's official rates (actual/volumetric weight).
*We may also contact international customers to provide alternative shipping quotes (e.g., Hong Kong Post).
3.Free Shipping
Except as otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, free shipping is available for oder of HK$800 or above.
Free shipping service is only available in Hong Kong. Free shipping service is not available for overseas customers.
4.Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online. You will also receive email updates on the status of your order and estimated delivery date.
5.Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
6.Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to certain countries or regions. Please check our website for the most up-to-date list of shipping restrictions.
7.Title and Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
8.International Irder Cancellation & Administration Fees
Once an overseas order is placed and payment is processed, if the customer requests a cancellation / refund due to personal reasons, refusal to pay courier fees, or misunderstanding of courier rates, a 5% payment gateway non-refundable administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
